You do not need a Costco membership to buy goods with Instacart from Costco. This is an excellent option to not only social distance but also purchase items without requiring a membership. Today, Costco's delivery was within 2 hours in my local area, but I've seen it listed as long as 2 days. These are mainly Kirkland brands for dog food.

Tractor Supply: There are various dog foods that you can purchase in-store and online, including brands such as Pedigree and Purina. There is not a limit on dog food from Tractor Supply as of right now for those requiring bulk purchases.
Winco: There was not only variety but also bags that were 40 lb plus.
